Bringing a product to market involves not only building the product itself, but also developing the infrastructure and support systems that empower enterprise customers to deliver value to their end users. One project I'm particularly proud of is the Vuforia Chalk Admin Center. It needed to come together quickly once the mobile app was ready, and I was simultaneously working on both the Chalk Desktop app and the Admin Center. Despite the tight timeline, we delivered a solution that was clean, intuitive, and effective. The Admin Center later became the internal tool used to configure customer apps and ultimately served as the foundation for PTC’s entire admin system across all of their enterprise SaaS products.

The Admin Center offers a centralized platform for managing various aspects of an organization's digital environment. Insight provides detailed analytics and reporting, enabling informed decision-making through comprehensive data visualization. SSO integration simplifies user authentication by allowing seamless access across multiple applications with a single set of credentials, enhancing security and user convenience. User profiles enable personalized settings and preferences, while robust access controls ensure that permissions are appropriately assigned, maintaining security and operational efficiency within the system. These features collectively improve administrative oversight and streamline user management.
