Conceiving can be a complex and emotionally charged journey.
In crafting this web application, it was essential to consider the emotional aspects identified through ethnographic research. This approach enabled us to create a fun and engaging app that users would incorporate into their daily routines. I meticulously mapped the user's journey and developed use cases to identify key areas where we could make a significant impact.
The app operates in conjunction with a Bluetooth sensor worn on the body, which continuously tracks key metrics related to ovulation. This data is then analyzed using algorithms in conjunction with guidance from a dedicated physician, supporting users throughout their conception journey.
My contributions to the Duofertility team included participating in ethnographic research, which informed the development of user personas and journeys.
I storyboarded concepts and built prototypes to clearly articulate ideas and interactions. Additionally, I was responsible for the design and specifications of a hybrid web application, as well as creating the branded website and product packaging.
