My contributions to the Path1 team involved the design and specification of a hybrid web application.
I collaborated on hardware designs for controls and the user interface, while also assisting in the development of personas and user journeys for the setup and installation process. Additionally,
I storyboarded concepts and built prototypes to effectively illustrate ideas and interactions.

Live video streaming so easy no instructions are needed.

The live video streaming functionality is designed for remarkable ease of use, requiring no instructions. The media encoder automatically detects the operator’s chosen video input and simultaneously encodes up to five versions of the video signal at different bitrates. In contrast to traditional solutions, this system makes these video representations immediately accessible on the encoder’s standard internal web server, enabling seamless integration as an Internet service.

This product significantly simplifies the user experience by providing a streamlined operating environment, a web-based dashboard, and appropriate automation of key tasks. The end result is a system that reduces cognitive load while enhancing operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Drawing inspiration from interviews with industry experts, our initial solutions were developed as conceptual flows, which were subsequently refined and wireframed for clarity and detail. The outcome is a bespoke solution that stands unmatched in the industry and a device that continues to receive positive acclaim from its users.
