Hands-free technology for better remote assistance

On-the-job support is essential for technicians facing complex challenges in the field. Maintaining a consistent presence of experts on-site can be difficult and costly, particularly during these times. Chalk for RealWear addresses these challenges by digitizing remote support through augmented reality, allowing employees to remain hands-free while focusing on their tasks.

My Contributions to the Chalk Team:

• Designed and developed specifications for the RealWear platform.

• Collaborated with the mobile app team to align on features and workflows.

• Created UI mockups in Figma and prototyped a full voice-driven user interface in Adobe XD.
